I invite you to gather together to explore creating a personalized movement ritual to embody the different aspects of your astrology chart.

This is an online course consisting of a series of virtual sessions taking place on the 21st of each month in 2025 at 2pm EST for 75 minutes. We'll begin each session to honor our transition from one zodiac cycle to the next through movement, reflective journaling and sharing. Next, we will invoke the celestial body (Sun, Moon, Venus, etc) we are working with and  harvest the collective wisdom of the circle to expand our awareness of what it symbolizes for us individually and collectively. We will have time to move through our worksheets together and then choose the movements and music that best support us to embody the themes we are dancing with. Here, you'll also have the opportunity to ask questions in real time and I will offer a demo to one person each class.  Then, we will DO the practice we just created to embody this aspect of our chart and open ourselves up to the deeper wisdom that comes through deepening our personal relationship with our chart by feeling and having a lived experience of the energy.

Lastly, we will reflect on the best ways to integrate what arose in the session into our daily lives and explore when else it would be a good time to revisit the movement ritual we created.
