In these transformational times, you are invited to gather together and explore if, through a practice of listening, you are able to land. To settle. To arrive. To embody. To be present. Together, we will be prompted to notice if through movement, we are better able to listen to our bodies. In sharing with another person, we can get curious if, by listening to another human heart, we can better feel our own. And then, whatever question you are holding in your life, notice if you are willing to explore listening to the land under your feet right where you are right now for an answer. Imagine that for every challenge, there is a solution. Together, we call on deepening our capacity to listen and receive instructions for our best next steps.
